Teligent: Land Use Planning and Entitlement in Southern California for Teligent’s Wireless Local Loop deployment. COMPASS Team members are involved in obtaining entitlements for the Client’spoint-to-point voice and data network throughout Los Angeles and Orange County, Southern California.

WinStar: COMPASS has also performed Pre-feasibility and Engineering Design for WinStar’s Wireless Local Loop deployment on a national basis.
