JC Massey serves as CEO of Compass Technology Services and has more than 32 years' experience in the telecommunications industry. For the past 17 years, Massey has focused specifically on the wireless sector. fine-tuning his expertise in program management, site acquisition and engineering, construction of mobile wireless, broadband networks, distributed antenna systems, WiMax networks and fixed network planning.

Prior to his focus in the wireless sector, Massey acted as a consultant and contract engineer for BellSouth, AT&T, MCI Metro, Sprint in addition to many other local exchange carriers.

Matt Prather serves as President of Compass Technology Services. A Professional Engineer for more than 25 years, Prather has experience in the Civil/Structural industry across a wide spectrum of building projects including wireless infrastructure, high-rise concrete and steel buildings, post and pre-tension concrete design, heavy timber construction, masonry structures, wind and commercial solar panel systems.

His experience in the wireless sector includes more than 17 years of program management, site acquisition and engineering, construction of mobile wireless, broadband networks, distributed antenna systems, WiMax networks and VSat deployments to the industry throughout the US.

Mr. Prather holds a BSCE in Civil/Structural Engineering from the University of South Florida and is a registered Professional Engineer in more than a dozen states.

Geoff Eggers serves as Chief Operating Officer of Compass Technology Services and has more than 19 years experience in program management, site acquisition, site engineering, construction of mobile wireless networks, distributed antenna systems and WiMax networks to the wireless industry throughout the Eastern US. He is responsible for establishing the Compass Maryland operation in 2006.

A Professional Engineer for 30 years, Eggers has experience in the Civil/Structural industry across a variety of building projects including high rise concrete and steel buildings, industrial facilities such as pulp and paper mill installations, abattoirs, coal power stations, commercial storage facilities, hospitals and large residential structures.

Mr. Eggers holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) from Auckland University, NZ and is a Member of the Institution of Professional Engineers NZ (MIPENZ).

Sandra Densmore serves as Chief Financial Officer of Compass Technology Services and has more than 30 years in Financial Management, with experience in all levels of accounting, human resources, banking, taxes and financial reporting, both private and public.

Mrs, Densmore possesses 16 years' experience in streamlining systems for project reporting, managing daily operations, funding, and all back office requirements for engineering consultants. Also experienced in Mergers and Acquisitions, various private and public funding, including IPO's, and company design for Start-up facilities.

Mrs. Densmore holds a BS degree in Accounting and an MBA from University of Alabama in Birmingham.

Keith Pennachio serves as Vice President of Business Development at Compass Technology Services. During his 14-year tenure in the wireless telecommunications sector, Pennachio also served as sales director for InCode and project management lead for Omnipoint (now T-Mobile) in the Northeastern U.S. His experience spans the full lifecycle of wireless network design, deployment, integration, operation and maintenance.

Mr. Pennachio is a recognized expert in the wireless development space and has consulted for various wireless telecommunications firms and financial institutions. He holds a degree in Communication from William Paterson University, in Wayne, NJ.
